RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Making sure you receive items that fit perfectly is the our main priority.Be sure to get you measurement correct also.We do not offer refunds we can issue a store credit or exchange for eligible orders. This do not guarantee that you will be able to exchange for exact item, if we are out of stock of that specific product, we may issue you store credit for a different item.

  • ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITION

We offer a 30 day warranty for manufacturer defects or any malfunction that occur from normal use. The 30 day warranty will begin on the date of delivery and will expire 30 days later. If you don't contact us within the 30 day period in regards to and defects or damage items we will not be able to help you. Any misused or damaged that is the result of abuse, we will not cover and your request can be declined at our discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees to and from our store.

Once the checkout process is complete processing time begins, refunds and cancellations cannot be permitted.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once it leaves the Zylahdolls ware house.
